Previously Dell was selling Ubuntu based machine, now Acer is also selling Ubuntu based machine on their store.
And please remind me again, when and where we are going to need Vista? If Vista is keep becoming the "imitation" of MacOS-X, or simply the "more expensive" version of Ubuntu, where would it stay in the annal of "greatest operating system of our time" ??.
Or is it the case that Microsoft is readying itself to be remembered "only" as "one of the great company that -- once -- is, was and did produce one of the great and most popular OS in time" ?. I don't think so!
Serious brain transplant perhaps needed at the Microsoft camp. Gates shall be back. Microsoft under Balmer is "retarded". :-( The action under Ozzie is "too corporate", "too boring" and too slow!
Acer is a great producer of laptops and they are thinking of alternative ways to further extend their services to the public, linux + acer is a great combination.

I agree. :-) If Microsoft keep not doing the next "fresh" and "important" innovation, probably the rest might soon follow.
