      Confuse buying a new Mac or PC? How about considering 'being virus-free' as the 1st thing to consider ??

      PC fans says 'virus' never happen on their PC. It might be a valid statement. And I totally respect that.

      Yet as my experience and feel: having those 'virus alert messages' and having 'those anti virus update' process going, is still as annoying as it could be.

      Yet, you may decide differently and still choose to buy and use a new PC. (And it's really OK).

      In my case, I happen to have decided and have chosen since a couple years ago to be totally freed from viruses and those annoying 'anti-virus installation & anti-virus update process' -- while at the same time having great bunch of wonderful software, and splendid computer experience as another plus.

      In my experience as of today: PC is OK. It's workable, it's practical (as long as it is NOT running that dumb crazy slow sluggish Vista!) :-P ... but Mac -- in many ways is different: It's great, it's personal, it's amazing, it's exciting and it's truly wonderful. It touches you and your senses though its sheer beauty, attention to detail, and amazing simplicity. You can feel those 'everywhere' inside the Mac body: on its hardware, inside its operating system and on top of its software. It's a computer with a beautiful 'face, heart and soul'.

      But, yet again, the choice is yours. You might end-up finally (still) choosing a PC. And it's really OK. :-)
